He's not really a napoleon, (meaning dictator or leader), but he likes to think he is in control at all times. We don't think he realizes that he doesn't own us, but we own him. Funny. He is a bright colored creature, which makes it hard for him to hunt, so in his habitat we make sure its easy for him to catch his prey, which is obviously imported into the water by us. He likes to sleep amongst the coral, and he just all in all likes to show off his stuff in front of his admiring crowd. We wonder when he will grow up!
